There are no charges for signing up or maintaining an account at www.jcconsoles.co.za. There are no purchase requirements – you request what you desire, whenever you wish. Kindly ensure that you adhere to the above requirement stating that you are 18 years of age or older before engaging in any business with us.
Ensure that the item you are buying is the correct one, as we do not refund items that were ordered and purchased by mistake or incorrectly.
If an item is discovered to be defective within (games 48 hours) (electronic goods 5 days) of receipt, you can reach out to us for a refund or return, but you will be responsible for the shipping or postage fees for the return.
An item will be shipped/couriered or released for collection only after the total amount is fully cleared in our bank account.
If any issues occur with your parcel during shipping or the courier process, we cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or delays in arrival longer than originally mentioned because of logistical issues.
