If any issues with the item are not apparent during inspection and only become noticeable during installation or use, please reach out to JC.CONSOLES customer service BEFORE proceeding further. Continuing with installation or use implies your unconditional acceptance of the item's condition. Be aware that once an item is installed, warranty claims or returns will not be accepted, and no claims will be considered after 48 hours from delivery.
It is your responsibility to have an authorized individual present at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the goods. After you sign, we cannot be held liable for any damages or discrepancies, so please check all items thoroughly before signing. Additionally, our couriers will charge you if no one is available at the address on the delivery day.
We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping systems, as these are beyond our control. Please take note of the delivery times provided by the carrier and plan your order accordingly.
Insured shipping is exclusively through The Courier Guy. In the event of a lost parcel, JC.CONSOLES will send a full replacement order as soon as the parcel is confirmed as missing.
