Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Products:
Any damaged items must be reported within five days of delivery for electronic products. If JC.CONSOLES confirms that an item is damaged or defective after investigation, it will be replaced with an identical item. Returns must include the original packaging and all contents as required. If the replacement item is unavailable, a credit equal to the returned item's value will be issued, or a refund will be arranged between you and JC.CONSOLES management.
For approved refunds on items purchased with a card, a transaction fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, you may return it for a credit to your account or request a full refund. The item must be unused to qualify for return. JC.CONSOLES will cover the return shipping costs in cases of our error. In the unlikely event that you are charged for an out-of-stock item from a completed order, JC.CONSOLES will promptly refund the full amount for that item.
While we aim to keep our product availability accurate, JC.CONSOLES cannot be held liable for unfulfilled orders caused by inaccuracies from distributors or other sellers from whom we source our inventory.
